Dominik Varga joined the Responsible Investments Team of Erste Asset Management (Erste AM) as a Research Analyst in January 2020. Dominik focuses his work on quantitative analysis and ESG data integration into the investment process. Moreover, he is responsible for active ownership and leads various engagement efforts and steers Erste AM’s proxy voting. Dominik holds a Master´s degree in Finance from the Tilburg University (Netherlands) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria).
