Frank Müller is a lawyer and partner at McDermott Will & Emery. For over 20 years, he has advised sponsors, fund managers, institutional investors, asset managers and their regulated and unregulated fund vehicles on regulatory and other legal issues in connection with the launch, structuring and administration of funds and their acquisitions. Prior to joining McDermott, he headed the legal department of a capital management company and an international asset manager for several years.
