Kyra Gibhardt leads the team of Climate Change Specialist Consultants for the EMEA region at MSCI and is part of the MSCI Climate Risk Centre (CRC) in Zurich. In her role, she works with financial institutions to analyse climate risks and opportunities to support the development and implementation of climate strategies. Previously, Kyra worked at UBS, including in the Sustainable and Impact Investing team of UBS Asset Management and in the Social Finance team of the UBS Optimus Foundation. She also worked for the global think tank 2° Investing Initiative on aligning financial markets with the Paris Climate Agreement.
