Lisa began her career in banking and then transitioned into the insurance sector. For over five years now, she has been with AXA Germany, where she has held various positions, including Investment Strategist and Executive Assistant to the CFO. Since 2024, Lisa has been working as Sustainable Investing Lead, responsible for implementing AXA Group’s responsible investment strategy, monitoring it, and managing local ESG initiatives.

Lisa holds a CFA-certified master’s degree in Investment Management from Bayes Business School, London.
