Nicola is passionate about equipping people to use sustainability data to make better decisions. As Sustainability Manager at ING, she develops approaches for managing sustainability risks and impacts in the bank’s retail and wholesale banking portfolios. Prior to her current role, she was Chief Product Officer at ESG Screen17, a Frankfurt- based start-up that enables asset managers and owners to invest according to their sustainability preferences. Nicola has extensive experience advising non-profits and impact investors in the US and UK on clarifying their mission, enhancing their services, and using data to drive their impact. She holds a doctorate in theoretical chemistry from Oxford University.
