Since September 2022, I have been working as a Specialist in the Asset Management/Principles Department with a focus on ESG. My responsibilities include reporting on Sustainable Finance & ESG, further developing sustainability/ESG strategies related to capital investments, and developing a transition plan. I am also responsible for implementing EU regulatory ESG requirements, particularly the Disclosure Regulation and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Prior to this role, from September 2018 to August 2022, I worked as a staff member in the Coordination of Group Management Department, where I provided support to the Executive Board. I am currently scheduled to begin a qualification in Sustainable Finance at EBS in June 2025, having previously completed a Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) Advisor qualification at the same institution from March to May 2023. The basis of my professional education was a dual study program in Business Administration with a focus on Sales, which I completed in 2018.
