Natalia has got over 24 of experience in consulting and insurance industries. She has been with Generali for 7 years having previously held managerial positions in consultancy (the Big 4). Natalia has also gained several years of experience as investor relations manager in an industrial company engaging in its first sustainability reporting. At Generali, Natalia is responsible for buidling and implementation of a sustainability strategy for investments, developed a Generali Overall Sustainability Strategy and initiated an establishment of Operting Sustainability Committee where she is also a member. Natalia is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairwoman of the Audit and Advisory Committee at Fortuna Lebens-Versicherungs AG, a life-insurance company based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. Starting from 2024, Natalia serves as Executive Board Member of the Swiss Platform for Impact Investing, under the Swiss Sustainable Finance. Natalia holds Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St.Gallen, CFA level 4 Certification as well as a certificate from University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Recently, she has graduated from Bern-Rochester University “ CAS in General Management Verwaltungsrat“ and well as completed a course at IMD and ETH for sustainable and impact investing.
