Marie Seiler MRICS, CFA is CEO of Pensimo Management AG, which manages a property portfolio of almost CHF 15 billion for Swiss pension funds and other mainly institutional investors. Previously, she was Head of Swiss real estate products for third- party clients at Swiss Life Asset Managers, where she was in charge of asset and portfolio management, ESG and product management. From 2005 to 2021, Marie Seiler worked in PwC’s Real Estate Advisory team in Zurich, Basel and Geneva, the last three years as a partner. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a board member of wipswiss – women in property switzerland association, the network of women in leadership positions in the Swiss property industry.
