Pascal-Stephan Scheeff began his career in private banking. After completing a degree in banking and an internship abroad at DZ Bank, he moved to BWEquity in 2008. He took over as Head of Sales there in 2012. As a sideline, he trained as a Certified Closed End Fund Manager and completed training as a systemic business coach. From 2023 to 2025 he was responsible for institutional sales of private debt funds at BF.capital. In October 2025, he returned to the LBBW Group and works as a senior product manager at LBBW Asset Management on the development of a platform that offers equity solutions for municipal companies in the energy infrastructure sector.
