Emmanuel has over 25 years‘ experience in the energy sector. He began his career at the French Ministry of Industry as Technical Advisor to the Cabinet of the Minister Delegate, after serving as Deputy Head of Division. Before joining Meanings, Emmanuel worked for over 20 years for the Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Partner, focusing on the oil & gas, utilities (electricity & gas, water, waste), energy transition, public transport and public sector. ‍ Emmanuel is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure and the École des Mines de Paris, and holds a PhD in materials science.
