Prof. Dr. Ulrich Nack has been a university lecturer at the EBZ Business School in Bochum since 2017. His subject areas include real estate management. Ulrich Nack has also been Managing Director of Deutsche Immobilien KVG, a capital management company that launches special property funds, since 2022, where he is responsible for the ESG and Investors divisions. Prior to this, he worked in the property investment business for over 25 years, 18 of which were spent in open-ended property funds and 14 of which as Managing Director of global investment capital management companies. Together with Prof. Dr. Steffen Sebastian, he has headed the ‘Indirect Property Investment’ competence group at gif e.V. since 2008.
