Melissa Mikulic works in Zurich Germany’s Investment Management and is part of the Real Estate department. She is responsible for implementing and advancing Zurich’s sustainability agenda including the continuous monitoring, benchmarking and optimization of the KPIs for the achievement of the product-specific sustainability goals. She supports the Real Estate departments by contributing her ESG expertise on a portfolio, property and project level. Before joining the Zurich Group Germany she gained three years experience in ESG Management at HAHN Group and has over a decade of experience in the German Real Estate Market. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Buckinghamshire New University.
