Roland Maslo has been working in the leasing industry for more than 25 years. His professional experience is primarily rooted in Austria, complemented by regional exposure across Central and Eastern Europe, including the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. As Head of Controlling & Corporate Management at Raiffeisen-Leasing, he is responsible for controlling and strategic management topics and brings several years of senior management experience in steering and developing the business.

Since mid-2023, he has also been responsible for sustainability. In this capacity, he contributes to the sustainability working group of the Austrian leasing associations and, since April 2024, has served as Chair of Leaseurope’s Green Leasing Task Force. With an economic background, Roland Maslo combines a strategic mindset with strong proximity to leasing operations. He offers broad insights across all leasing products and has a solid understanding of how sustainability influences business strategy as well as key accounting and controlling figures.
