Since 2025, Claudia Kister has been serving as Sustainable Finance Director at the Association of German Banks. Prior to this, she spent more than 25 years at Deutsche Bank, holding a range of roles across private banking, the Corporate Bank with a focus on Securities Services, and most recently seven years in the Chief Risk Office in Non- Financial Risk, with a particular focus on ESG risk integration. In 2024, she also completed an MBA in Sustainability Management at Leuphana University Lüneburg.
