Johann-Felix is a Managing Director in the Eurazeo Investor Relations team.

He joined from Selinus Capital, a leading German placement agent, where he initiated and led the private debt practice. Previously, Johann-Felix served as Head of Private Credit for the DACH region at BlackRock in Munich. In this role, he successfully established BlackRock’s private debt product suite in the region, promoting European, North American, and Asian credit products and solutions to institutional investors.

Before this, he was the Head of Business Development at Golding Capital Partners, Germany’s largest fund-of-funds. There, he developed and began implementing the strategic growth plan for future asset growth and played a key role in launching new product lines, including impact investing and co-investments in private equity and infrastructure.

Johann-Felix began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company and McKinsey, focusing on financial services and private equity practices.
