Degree in Industrial Engineering in 2012 from the University of Bremen, Certified Bank Controller at ZEB Academy in 2013, Certified Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals in 2015. Extensive experience in risk control and risk management, initially with Sparkasse Bremen AG, one of Germany’s largest private savings banks. Since 2016 part of the risk management team at HanseMerkur Trust AG, assumed the role of Deputy Head of Risk Management in 2022. Focus is on process development, data management, development of credit risk models, and integration of sustainability risks into all risk control and trading processes. Expanded the HMT RiskControl early warning system, utilized by various insurance companies, to include climate and governance risks.
