Vjaceslavs (Slav) Geveilers has more than 17 years of professional experience in the Insurance Sector, in the multiple areas of the End-to-End Insurance Consulting – esp. in Deal Advisory / Strategy, Actuarial / Products, Accounting, IT / Data / Processes for Global and Mid-size insurance companies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. At KPMG, Slav is Partner and Head of Actuarial Services in Europe, Middle East & Africa – an amazing community of almost 850 actuaries from 35 countries, so different individuals and one team. Slavs focus is on technology-driven projects for insurance companies, business / financial transformation and digitalisation. He is leading multiple integrated consulting teams, i.e. Actuarial / Accounting / IT. In the Global KPMG organisation, Slav is responsible for all Actuarial & Risk topics of the ESG transformation in the Insurance Sector. Slav is also an active member of the DAV (German Actuarial Association) and DVfVW (German Society for Insurance Science), taking responsibility in committees, working groups and as a speaker @ conferences, workshops and local events. So, he is member of the Life Insurance Committee and of the Actuarial Data Science Committee, leading the working group Big Data in Life, contributing to Life Policy Migration and IFRS working groups of the DAV.
