Fondita is an independent boutique fund management company founded in 1997 focusing on Nordic, European and thematic equity funds.

We are currently a team of 14 employees, all highly experienced experts from the financial industry. All key employees are shareholders in the company. In addition to our home market, Finland, we also have a presence in Sweden, Germany, and Austria.

We manage 8 actively managed equity funds that are based on the same tried and successful stock picking philosophy and approach to sustainability. We have focused funds that are concentrating on a clear market segment, such as small or micro caps in the Nordic countries and Europe, or a clear thematic focus on sectors such as healthcare and well-being, environment and climate smart solutions, as well as technology and digitalization.
