Flossbach von Storch was founded in Cologne in 1998 by Dr Bert Flossbach and Kurt von Storch. Today, it is one of Germany’s largest independent asset managers, with more than 400 employees and around 70 billion euros in assets under management. Flossbach von Storch specialises in managing publicly offered funds as well as large private and institutional assets. As an independent, owner-managed company it is not bound by external requirements but solely committed to its clients. This independence in both thinking and action is particularly reflected in the analysis of all investments and, consequently, in its investment strategy.
