As a Chief Sustainability Officer, he has led transformative initiatives that seamlessly blend environmental stewardship, safety, and operational excellence, particularly within the Qatar Free Zone Authority (QFZ) and beyond.

A Chartered Fellow Safety and Environmental professional, Elidrisy has a distinguished track record in oil and gas, construction, and sustainability sectors. His innovative approach to HSE and sustainability management has earned him multiple prestigious awards, including the Best HSE Manager Award for his pioneering work on the Hamad Port Project in Qatar and the Best Researcher Award for his groundbreaking contributions to sustainability and ESG research.

Educationally, Elidrisy is fortified by an advanced degree in sustainability from MIT and two MScs from the University of Manchester complemented by PMP and ESG certifications, affirming his commitment to marrying technical proficiency with visionary leadership. He has pioneered critical frameworks, such as the ESG and Sustainability Framework for the Qatar Free Zone Authority, and developed cutting-edge tools like the interactive Power BI HSE Dashboard, revolutionizing how HSE data is visualized and interpreted for strategic decision-making.
