Siti Dawson is a Senior Investment Director at Cambridge Associates where she manages private debt and insurance-linked strategies (ILS) portfolios for pension funds and institutional clients in Switzerland.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, she was a product specialist for insurance-linked strategies at LGT Capital Partners, where she developed the ESG framework for the ILS business and served on the ESG Committee. Siti started her career in 2007 at VZ Vermoegenszentrum in Zurich, where she was responsible for the manager selection and asset allocation for fixed income and absolute return strategies.
