Siti Dawson is a Senior Director at Cambridge Associates where she oversees private debt portfolios for pension funds and institutional clients in Switzerland. Previously, Siti was a Senior Analyst for private debt and impact investing at SIGLO Capital Advisors, a Zurich-based investment advisor specialising in alternative investments. In November 2024, SIGLO was acquired by Cambridge Associates.

Before joining SIGLO/Cambridge Associates, she was a product specialist for insurance-linked strategies (ILS) at LGT Capital Partners, where she developed the ESG framework for the ILS business and served on the ESG Committee. Siti started her career in 2007 at VZ Vermoegenszentrum in Zurich, where she was responsible for the manager selection and asset allocation for fixed income and absolute return strategies, as well as ILS.

She holds an MA in Economics from the University of Zurich, is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) in 2011 and completed the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate in 2022.
