Jessica has been Head of Germany for the Dutch-based international cooperative and impact investor Oikocredit since 2022. After successfully leading a team of twenty through a complex change process that resulted in improved operational efficiency and organizational alignment to company strategy, she is now growing Oikocredit’s institutional portfolio and representing the organization on national level.

Prior to Oikocredit, Jessica worked at Finance in Motion, an impact asset manager based in Frankfurt. Strategically positioned at the intersection of investment and technical assistance, she built strong international networks and high-impact project portfolios to advance MSME finance, entrepreneurship and female empowerment in the MENA region.

Jessica studied political science, Islamic studies and economic policy at the University of Freiburg and the University of Damascus, Syria. She is a certified expert in microfinance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
