Alexander Belderok is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger where he leads the Global Consumer Platform. He focuses on strengthening the competitive position of companies in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Food & Beverage, Agribusiness and Food Ingredients industry. He has specific functional expertise in business and corporate strategy development, performance improvement, organization restructuring, innovation, and complexity management. Alexander has five years of industry experience in the Flavor and Fragrance industry and over twenty years of consulting experience. He began his career at Unilever and has worked at Roland Berger since 2006. His passions are in the fields of ground-breaking strategy development, quantum-leap performance improvement, business (model) innovation and value-chain reconfiguration strategies.
Alexander has published numerous articles, is a regular speaker at congresses and guest lecturer on food, animal nutrition, innovation, business model disruption, globalization and several operations topics.
Next to his role at Roland Berger, Alexander was also 5 years Chairman at Protix, the insect protein company, and is currently the Chairman of Nutrileads, a scale up that produces Benicaros, a clinically proven immune-support ingredient.
He studied both Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at the University of Twente, Business-to-Business Marketing at IMD
