As CEO since November 2025, Angela leads Impact Europe with a clear ambition: to move the market beyond isolated impact strategies toward capital that intentionally contributes to long-term system transformation. With 25 years of experience across global finance, she has consistently worked to embed sustainability into core business and investment models.

Formerly Chief Sustainability Officer at Aquila Capital and previously a senior leader at UBS for 17 years, Angela helped scale impact investing within mainstream finance, including the launch of the $471 million Oncology Impact Fund. She also led the implementation of UBS’s sustainability strategy across divisions, advancing net-zero alignment and responsible banking practices.

Her work today focuses on building bridges between investors, philanthropists and policymakers to build a European impact economy capable of delivering competitiveness and societal resilience.
