Isabel Weiner is an Associate Director at LGT Capital Partners, based in London, where she leads the strategic integration of impact and ESG across private markets and contributes to the design and execution of the firm’s impact focused funds. Prior to joining LGT Capital Partners in 2025, she was a Manager at McKinsey & Company in the Sustainability and Private Capital practices, advising clients globally and across the Middle East on ESG strategy and sustainable investment opportunities. Earlier in her career, Isabel worked at the Soros Foundation, overseeing special projects and investments across themes including human rights, climate, and economic development, and began her career in non-profits focused on refugee rights and healthcare in the Middle East. She holds a BA in International Relations and Arabic from Tufts University and an MBA from INSEAD.
