Benjamin Ruppert is a Senior Engagement Officer at LBBW Asset Management. He is responsible for active ownership in portfolio management. Prior to that, he was an ESG specialist at Commerzbank Asset Management. He holds two master’s degrees in finance, accounting, and taxation from the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart. Both of his theses on shareholder engagement and acting in concert received the Sustainable Finance Award. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in collaborative engagement at the University of Flensburg while continuing to work.
