Since May 2024, he has been Head of Transformation Financing at LBBW Asset Management GmbH in Stuttgart. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy and product development of all direct investment strategies related to transformation financing in the private markets sector.
Previously, he was Head of Portfolio Management at a medium-sized KVG, where he was responsible for product development and fund management of renewable energy funds with a focus on photovoltaics.

From March 2022 to September 2023, he was Managing Director of SWK Holding GmbH, where his responsibilities included leading the TIBER project to acquire a stake in TransnetBW. He was responsible for analysing the target company, structuring the transaction and supporting the establishment of the investment vehicle for the consortium.

Between 2012 and 2023, he worked as Senior Portfolio Manager for Alternative Investments at SV SparkassenVersicherung. There, he built up an alternative portfolio with a volume of over €1 billion, focusing on infrastructure.

Prior to that, he worked for more than seven years, most recently in a management position in the Corporate Finance division at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on company valuations, M&A consulting and financial due diligence. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Hohenheim, specialising in accounting, finance and macroeconomics, and is a CFA charterholder. He also completed a semester abroad in Toulouse and a summer school at the London School of Economics.

He began his professional career with a banking apprenticeship at Landesgirokasse in Stuttgart.
