Andreas Pál has been with Mercer since January 2025. In his role as Senior Director Financial Institutions, he is jointly responsible for the distribution of services along the entire investment process (strategy, governance, manager selection) as well as implementation solutions (OCIO services).

He previously worked for Moventum, a Luxembourg-based investment platform, for around 18 years. In recent years, he was responsible for global sales and was CEO of a sister company of Moventum in the Czech Republic.

His other positions included insurance companies and banks in Germany.
