In his role as Managing Director of companies belonging to his family, Michael has initiated several funds investing in real estate, venture capital and renewable energy combining an total investment over 150 Mio. €.

After completing a bank trainee in 1990 he started law studies in Munich. In 1997 he became member of the Bar and got his Practicing Certificate.

In 1997 he began to work for an international law firm, the key aspects of his activity as a lawyer were based on commercial and corporate law.

In 2001, Michael switched to the fund industry, where he has been active ever since.
