Moritz joined Munich Re Investment Partners 2022 as an Analyst. He is primarily responsible for Sector & Issuer Research and bolstering internal data analytics capabilities.

He has 9 years of experience in data-driven sustainability research and building data analytic workflows. Prior to Munich Re Investment Partners, Moritz spent seven years at ISS ESG, where he worked as a Data Scientist, Research Analyst, and Product Owner. During his time there, he developed a unique skill set combining research, sustainability metric proficiency, data analytics, Python programming, and agile platform development. Moritz began his sustainability career as a Research Analyst at the Center for Sustainability Economics at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, where he also obtained his master’s degree in sustainability sciences.
