Erwann le Ligné joined Eurazeo in 2006 after four years in acquisition finance at Crédit Agricole. During his career at the Firm, he completed numerous investments and portfolio M&A transactions in France and also internationally, notably in the USA, Canada, Italy, DACH region, the United Kingdom, and India. Erwann participated in the acquisitions of Flexitallic, Gault & Frémont, BFR Groupe, Idéal Résidences, Colisée, Péters Surgical, Redspher, Orolia, In’Tech Medical, 2 Ride and EasyVista. He is a contributor to the work of the French Venture Capital Association’s ESG commission and since 2018 contributes to Invest Europe Professionnal Standards working groups with a focus on ESG. Finally, since January 2023 Erwann has been the Chairman of Invest Europe’s ESG Committee. Erwann graduated from Université Paris Dauphine.
