Lothar Jakab gained corporate experience at WISAG holding company before he went into strategic management consulting in 1999 as Associate Partner of the Perlitz Strategy Group with a focus on utility companies. From 2004 onwards he transitioned his consulting activities into emerging markets and added in 2009 transaction management as Managing Director of Steinbeis M&A before spinning off Steinbeis Consulting Impact Investing in 2012 together with a M&A colleague, and merged it with his emerging markets consulting business. Today his thematic focus is on climate tech and transformation towards sustainability. He is also a member of several supervisory or advisory boards. He holds a diploma in business administration and studied at the University of Mannheim.
