Stephanie Eder is a Senior Manager at the Investments & Financing Department at the OeEB – the Development Bank of Austria. In her role, she structures and finances projects that contribute to strengthening the private sector in partner countries mainly in East Africa and Southeast Asia. Previously, Stephanie was a financing specialist in the blended finance team at IDB Invest, a development finance institution in Washington D.C., USA that finances the private sector in Latin America. During her 12-year career at IDB Invest, she led the structuring of projects for climate finance, investment funds, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining IDB Invest, she was an accounting auditor in Vienna, Austria. She holds a master’s degree in international relations and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (USA) and a master’s degree in international economics from the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein (Austria).
