Désirée Dosch is managing partner of the consulting firm Alvicus AG and member of the board of directors of the stock exchange listed company Xlife Sciences. With her company Alvicus AG she advises corporates on segment & growth strategies with a focus on female customers, the next generation, and tomorrow’s leaders. Furthermore, she is an investor in various start-ups in the DACH region and accompanies and advises them on growth and market entry. Prior to her self- employment, she held various management positions in the insurance and finance industry. Désirée completed her MBA with a focus on corporate strategy in Australia and South Korea.
