Tim Danis currently serves as Director on the Direct Infrastructure Investment Team at Allianz Capital Partners in Munich, Germany, a position he has held since April 2016. In this role, he sits on the Board of Directors of NeuConnect, the first subsea electricity interconnector linking Germany and Great Britain. This pioneering project spans approximately 725km and represents the largest Anglo-German investment project to date. He is also a member of the Operational Committee of öGIG, Austria’s leading fiber roll-out company with over €1 billion in equity commitments. His responsibilities extend to transactions and asset management in the energy sector, including Romanian Gas and Electricity distribution, and in transportation, specifically Italian Motorways.

Previously, Tim worked as an Investment Professional at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in London (2014-2016) and in Energy & Power Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London (2013-2014).

Tim holds a Master of Science in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, with part of his studies completed at Cornell University’s Johnson School. His undergraduate degree in Economics is from Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich, which included a year at the University of Warwick. His personal interests include Business and Economics, Politics, Sports, and Literature.
